Shipping Informations:
I ship my prints within 2-5 business days after receiving your order. Original artworks will be ready for shipping within 7 days and sent out afterward. For an original oil painting, you will receive a tracking number via email after it has been shipped, allowing you to follow your delivery.
- Domestic (Germany): 2-5 business days
- Europe: 5-10 business days
- International: 7-14 business days
- Original Paintings: 7-14 day dispatch time
Dilivery times may vary depending on the destination and shipping carrier. Please note that delays can occur in exceptional cases, such as during high demand periods or holidays.
Shipping Costs:
- Domestic shipping (Germany): Free
- Shipping within Europe: Free
- International shipping: Free
If you are not happy with an item, you can return it within 14 days of receiving the product.
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- Returns that are unsellable condition will not be accepted.

- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part. (e.g., incorrect iteam or defective product)
Sustainable Shipping
Each art print is individually packaged in a sleeve made of PLA (polylactic acid). PLA is a biodegradable, plant-based plastic and an environmentally friendly alternative to conventional plastic.
Refunds:
Once I receive and inspect your return, I will process the refund to the original payment method. Please note that it may take up to 14 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
Defective or Damaged Items:
If an item arrives defective or damaged, please contact me. I will resolve the issue promptly, either by offering a free replacement or a refund.
Notice Regarding Receipt of Damaged Packages:
Please carefully inspect the packaging of your shipment upon receipt for any external damage. If the packaging is damaged, kindly take photos of the packaging before opening the parcel. Without such evidence, I regret that I cannot process claims, refunds, or replacements. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
