For deliveries within Germany, it takes approximately 2-5 work days for your package to arrive. Original artworks will be ready for shipping within 7 days and sent out afterward. For an original oil painting, you will receive a tracking number via email after it has been shipped, allowing you to follow your delivery. If the package arrives damaged, please send me an email within 14 days at orders@artbyrel.com with proof photos. I will make every effort to arrange a replacement or a refund within 14 days.
